We keep a list of photographers working in your area and pass it along purely for convenience. We do not vet, screen or endorse them, and we take no part in the arrangement. You contact whoever you choose and handle scheduling and payment directly with them.

What does the $79 actually cover?
A 12-month listing on your regional MLS — Stellar, Space Coast or RWorld — and on MyStateMLS, syndicated out to Realtor.com, Zillow and 100+ other real estate sites. Up to 50 photos, ShowingTime scheduling, and unlimited changes through our Easy Update Form. No listing commission, and no second payment to us.
Do I still have to pay a buyer’s agent?
You are not required to — but most sellers do, and this is the part sellers most often miss. Your $79 covers the listing, not the buyer’s side. Most buyers who find a home on the MLS come with an agent, and that agent’s fee — commonly 2–3% of the sale price — gets negotiated into the offer. Decide what you are willing to offer before the offers start arriving, not after.
How soon is my home on the MLS?
Within two business days of getting everything from you, and usually sooner. Right after payment you get a link to the Property Details page: fill it in, attach your photos, and e-sign the mandatory compliance forms. The two days start when all three are in.
Have you done this before?
Yes. We have homes on both Stellar MLS and RWorld through this program right now. Firelight Realty Group is the listing brokerage of record on each of them.
Is this a real brokerage?
Yes — Firelight Realty Group LLC, Florida real estate license CQ1074860, which you can verify with the state yourself. We pay full dues to Stellar MLS, Space Coast MLS, RWorld, the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association and the Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS®, and those memberships are the only reason we can put your home on the MLS at all.
What is not included?
This is an entry-only service, and that narrow scope is what keeps the price at $79. Once your listing is live, our part is done. The plan doesn’t include advice on list price or price changes, marketing suggestions or campaigns, any role in negotiations, preparing or reviewing offer-related documents, hosting open houses, or attending your closing. Those aren’t part of the $79, and we aren’t able to pick them up informally later either. What is included: getting your home on the MLS accurately, syndicating it, and making any change you ask for, as often as you need. Showing requests and offers come straight to you. If you’d like someone handling the rest, a full-service agent or a Florida real estate attorney is the better fit — and if you’d rather stay with us, there’s a discounted Full-Service upgrade.
Who do buyers and agents contact — you or me?
You. Your contact details go on the listing, showing requests come through ShowingTime, and offers come to you. We are not a middleman between you and your buyer, which is exactly why this costs $79 instead of thousands.
Can I call you after my listing is live?
Your $79 plan is an entry-only service, so ongoing brokerage advice isn’t included. Listing changes are handled through our Easy Update Form, and we’ll make those changes at no additional charge. There’s an option to upgrade to discounted Full-Service.
What if my home isn’t getting any activity?
The honest answer first: it is almost always price, then photos. Nothing on the MLS sells a home priced above what buyers will pay. Change your price and your pictures as often as you like through the Easy Update Form, at no charge. Do that before anything else.
Or hand the whole thing over: we can upgrade you to full service — pricing, marketing, negotiation and paperwork — for 1.69% of the sale price, listing side only. Your $79 comes off that commission at closing, as a line on the settlement statement, not a refund to your card.
Ask any time before you accept an offer. It is not automatic. At 1.69% we are paid only if the home sells, so we can decline on price or condition — we will tell you why, and your $79 listing carries on unchanged. If we accept, you sign a new listing agreement and fresh MLS compliance forms.
Either way the buyer’s agent fee is negotiated into the offer as usual. If the sale does not close, or you cancel a live listing, the $79 stands as paid. And you can change nothing at all: let the listing run its 12 months, or take it elsewhere.
Can I cancel?
Any time, with no exit fee — nothing holds you to the full listing term. Cancelling ends the listing agreement and takes the home off MLS. The $79 itself is not refunded once payment is accepted and documents submitted. However, if you change your mind before you have submitted any documentation — we will refund your money. Once we receive any of your docs, you can postpone, rather than cancel: we will hold your listing and apply it to your original property, or any other property you wish, within 12 months of the day you paid — or transfer it to a friend or family member, no problem.
What if my county is not on your list?
Then we cannot list your home yet. We belong to three regional MLSs — Stellar, Space Coast and RWorld — and between them they cover the 36 counties in our County Checker. If yours is not there, tell us where you are and we will let you know the moment that changes.
How do I make changes to my listing once it’s live?
Through the Easy Update Form. Tick Get our Easy Update Form on our contact form and we will email you the link — there is nothing to install and no account to set up.
Price, photos, description, open house dates, status — request changes as often as you like, at no charge, for the full 12 months. We make the edits on the MLS and they syndicate back out to Realtor.com, Zillow and the rest on their next refresh, usually within a day.
Price changes are the ones sellers ask about most, and they are the ones worth making early rather than late.
